25 Christmas i have experience in the world. i remember some girl stay with me for christmas when i study in college. it is about 6 or 7 years ago.

Right now, i am living in LA.

Let us start in my goal, some european composites customer design and manufacturing some large scale products for fashion decoration, make some brand logo outside. it is spray up or open laminate process. also , it is my favorite red coating.

I wish i can received Purchase Order about Plastics Pellets from my customers.

I wish i can expanding 2 full containers per month to 4 contianers , and from 4 to 6 , 6 to 12 , 12 to 20 , 20 to 40, 40 to 80, 80 to 100 per month.

My customer will be have more benefits than my supplier.

Thinking about great man and we will be them. Thinking about successful business, i will made it soon.

centerfigual casting process -Composites man 1

Centrifugal Casting
Centrifugal casting is used for cylindrical, hollow applications such as tanks, pipes and poles. Chopped strand mat or fabrics are loaded into a stationary mold which is then rotated at a high speed. Resin is applied to the interior of the mold and the reinforcements and resin are consolidated through centrifugal force to the internal profile of the mold. Chopped multi-end roving can be sprayed with resin into a cylindrical mold that is already rotating at high-speed.

Available resin vendors: Ashland( good resin and gelcoat ) -US advantage - have plant in china
DSM ( good resin and gelcoat ) -EU advantage - have plant in china
Scott Badder -EU advantage and Middle East.
Interplast -US advantage
Hexel (Eastman) -EU and US advantage
Addition: there is several resin vendors around the world, each composites exhibition you can make it to know them.

For this process, composites man utilizing :

1. Direct Roving ( tex or Yield 496052) .

2. Spray Up Roving( tex or Yield 496052) .

3. Continuous Filament Glass Fiber Mat. Chinese glass fiber vendor have not good tensile strength
for Continuous mat. the two problems are : one , the tensile strength not suffecient and result
in mat easy to tearse or broken , then entire composites will be waste. other is glass fiber can
not spray out ever uniform and have not steady average unite weight , this is make resin
could not be impregating well.

4. Multi-Axis Fabrics 600g/m2 and 850 g/m2 ( +/- 45) ,
roll width 1270mm. Describe as EMK 850(+/-45)-1270 . North American composites
monsters like use inch and Oz for dimension measure way.

5. Chopped Strand Mat ( European monsters like emulsion mat ,
**Northern American like powder mat) , unit weight :
225 / 300 / 450/ 600/ 900 g/m2
**roll width :
965 / 1000/ 1040 / 1250 / 1270 /1270 with trim / 1524 mm
( 50 / 60 inch is standard)

6 . Woven Roving
Unit weight : 300/450/ 600/900 g/m2
Roll width : the most as usual as CSM

7. Sometime, people use combomat, chopped roving with mat or woven roving with mat.

8. Surface tissue mat ( Surface Veil ) 30 g/m2 , 50 g/m2 , 60 g/m2 is usual type.

for the Thermoplastics: CS - chopped strands serve for extrusion process, mostly using twist screw machine. LF-long fiber serve for injection process and extrusion process. the advanced LFT is LFT-D/ILC. and E-LFT. LFT is meaning Long fiber thermoplastics. there is also have Glass Mat Thermoplastics -GMT or advanced GMT call Superlit GMT. (Quadrant and Azdel play the co-actor)

Christmas coming ...

Years pass by, i became a little bit different. Job shift to LA. I like to be the global marketing representative again. i am not quiet sure stay in LA is my optimised choice. It is just my Mon like me in her way. I was missing GE plastics, LM glasfiber , Vestas Blade, Fiberline, Exel , Albis plastics and some distributors: Ashland, NAC, Reichhold, Norc , Scott badder , Huntsman .

Some chinese industrial company have not global sense of business, some of the people exporting to US when they in china; some of the same people sales to smeller local distributors when they in US. it is mainland china merchandise wholesaler. i hate it . because low mergin benefits with non-direct user recogized. Especially , he is my regional director. he even have not give me salary in US for a year. One day, i will be working for every distributor who want to have global sourcing advantages. i know Euro and Sino sourcing well.

I always saying branding our land and products with our distincts.

Especially in Composites field, not only resin , additive, adhesive ; but also fiber reinforcement(glass fiber , basult fiber ,carbon fiber ,carbon fiber HMHS etc) and surface veil and coating.

for engineering plastics, i hopping i can find most economy source about CS for Ultem ,GE Plastics.

I hopping Juses Christ can give me a holy soul , and i can forgive the wrong strategy for my regional director.
